Hi, my name is Emily Cortes-Rendini. I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in helping women through life transitions, trauma, stress, and ADHD.

I’m passionate about empowering women to thrive through building emotion and body focused coping skills and resources, processing the past, and gaining trust in ourselves for the future so we can be fully present in the now.

My approach is humorous, validating, and gently challenging. We'll sit in the gross feelings together and untangle the things that are holding you back.
